Progressive Socialists vs Constitution

What a sad state of affairs.  When Nancy, Harry and Barack tell the states, effectively  ‘We crammed it through and signed it, get over it.  The constitution and the courts be damned. ‘

“Healthcare reform is the law of the land and, now that Americans see its benefits, a majority of them oppose Republicans’ dangerous plans to repeal a law that put patients in control of their own healthcare,” said Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid

States involved in the lawsuit were Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Iowa, Ohio, Kansas, Maine, Wisconsin and Wyoming

U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson  ruled that the reform law’s so-called individual mandate went too far in requiring that Americans start buying health insurance in 2014 or pay a penalty. “Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire act must be declared void,”

“Regardless of how laudable its attempts may have been to accomplish these goals in passing the act, Congress must operate within the bounds established by the Constitution,”

When the Progressive Socialists don’t like a law passed by the majority, they go to the courts to have it overthrown.  When their efforts to trample the freedoms of Americans to achieve their progressive socialistic agenda runs afoul of the constitution, they find fault with the judge.

Conservative Democrats do NOT WANT ObamaCare.   Conservative DEMOCRATS want Americans to be free to choose for themselves on a level playing field.  Conservative Democrats are willing to allow behavior to have consequences.  In fact they would demand that consequence for personal behavior not be transferred to the innocent. 

ObamaCare asks health conscious Americans to subsidize the cost of care for those who poison their own bodies and ask others to pick up the tab.

Nancy, Harry and Barack and the Progressive Socialistic agenda are wrong.
